By accessing or using Uplink Memories & Love ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Uplink Memories & Love creates personalized AI-generated reunion videos from photographs provided by users. Users upload two photographs, select a scene, and receive a video delivered to their email address within 24 hours.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our Service, you agree that you will NOT upload or request generation of content that:

• Contains sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit material of any kind
• Contains nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive content
• Depicts violence, gore, or graphic harmful acts
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains images of minors in inappropriate contexts

Content Moderation: All uploaded photos and generated videos undergo manual review by our team before delivery. Any content violating this policy will be rejected and deleted immediately. No refund will be provided for orders containing prohibited content.

4. Photo Requirements

• You must have the right to use the photographs you upload
• Photos should clearly show the faces of the individuals or pets featured
• Low-quality or heavily obstructed photos may result in suboptimal video output
• We reserve the right to reject photos that do not meet quality standards

5. Payment & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Creem.io. Payment is required before video generation begins.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund if we are unable to generate your video due to technical issues
• No refund for orders containing prohibited content (see Section 3)
• No refund if you change your mind after video generation has begun
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

6. Delivery Timeline

Videos are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak periods. You will receive the completed video at the email address you provided during checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. Upon delivery, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated video. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the video for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Uplink Memories & Love is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.
